Ekaterina Pronicheva has headed the Moscow Tourism Committee

On Friday, September 21, Sergei Sobyanin signed a decree appointing Yekaterina Pronicheva as the chairman of the Moscow Tourism Committee.
Ekaterina Pronicheva 41 years old. In 2000 she graduated from the Law Faculty of Lomonosov Moscow State University, in 2011 - the Faculty of Arts at Moscow State University.
From 1997 to 2010 she worked as a lawyer in various companies, including Rosgosstrakh, YUST, Gazprom, etc. In March 2012 she became the first deputy of Sergey Kapkov, the head of the Moscow Department of Culture. In December 2013, she became the head of the cultural heritage department of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation. From June 2015 to the present appointment she worked as the General Director of JSC VDNKh (Exhibition of Economic Achievements ).
Partners characterize Ekaterina Pronicheva as a manager of a “completely new type.” For example, there are the words said in 2015 by Nikolai Pereslegin, the architect and partner of Kleinewelt Architekten Company, in connection with her appointment, as the CEO of VDNKh: “This is a person who combines a unique creative energy and a non-standard, deep approach to business. At the same time, she is a real strong manager, a manager of a very high level, who knows how to work in the state system and implement the most unexpected, informal and very bright projects.”
Ekaterina is the daughter of Vladimir Pronichev, Army General, who in 2003-2013 headed the Border Guard Service of the Federal Security Service of Russia.
